We are excited to announce the return of our annual Spring Symposium, sponsored by Northwest Eye Surgeons. As in years past, the goal of the symposium is to bring together relevant clinical and surgical updates across all fields of medicine to support ongoing interprofessional collaboration and communication. For 2027, we are enthusiastic to shift the focus to emerging trends in optometry and ophthalmology. We will explore strabismus in adult and pediatric patients, Washington State advanced eyelid procedures for optometry, contemporary strategies in dry eye management, our approach to personalizing IOL selection, and the latest in glaucoma genetics, home tonometry, and sustained-release implants. Each session will conclude with a moderated panel discussion featuring the speakers, and dinner will be provided. As in previous years, all proceeds from the event will be donated to VOSH Northwest.
