Northwest Eye Surgeons now offers convenient access to your health information through the Nextech myPatientVisit Portal App. With the app, you can securely manage your care from your phone, anytime, anywhere.

Download the myPatientVisit Portal App from the App Store or Google Play. You can also access the portal online through the link below.
You must have a registered email address and security code to create an account. Please call 800-826-4631 to register your email address and obtain your security code. Security codes expire after 3 days, so be sure to create your account promptly.

For billing inquiries, demographic updates, or online payments, please continue to use the AdvancedMD self-service patient portal.

Important Portal Guidelines
For non-urgent communication with our office, please use the Nextech myPatientVisit Portal. It is a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform that is regularly monitored by our care team.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use any patient portal to report urgent symptoms or delay seeking care while waiting for a response.
