The exam was indepth including terexpansion of all options, pros and cons of same, and what to expectg during and after the cataract surgery with lens exchange. Cost was fully explained for both Medicare covererage and out of pocket cost for optional services.Everyone at NW Eyes were welcoming courteous, helpful and very pleasant to work with.I reccomend the services provided the team of NW Eyes.

Okay, this is a looooong due review.I had my surgery in 2022, just about 4 years ago. My surgeon was Dr. Banitt. He was one of the 3 surgeons that I consulted in the greater Seattle area, and the only one who actually engaged closely with my questions and even had follow up back and forth emails with.Once I gathered all the info, I decided to have contoura PRK surgery.After the surgery, the care was 10 out of 10. The healing period took longer than usual (took 3 weeks) but they were super patient and understanding of my anxiety and saw me 3 times assuring me that everything is fine and I need to be patient.3 weeks later, boom, my eye sight dramatically improved. On week 4, I took an eye exam. One eye was 20 out of 20, and the other was 20 out of 15, meaning that it was even better than perfect 20/20 eyesight!! 4 years later, I am incredibly happy with my choice back then. It couldnt have been better. Thank you for everything Dr. Banitt and Northwest Eye center.

Professional froth start. Good office approach, little waiting tim, courteous professional staff, efficient, good communication, didnt rush, answered questions.

People are very nice. Dr. Was great with narrative while performing surgery.
