Turn left at Meridian Avenue North and drive 2 blocks. Turn left at Meridian Avenue North and drive 2H blocks. Northwest Outpatient Medical Center will be on the left; we are located in Suite 370.

Southbound: (from Everett, Edmonds): Follow I-5 southbound. Take the Northgate Exit (#173) and go westbound. Turn right at Northgate Way. Go one block and turn left at Meridian Avenue North and drive 2 blocks. Northwest Outpatient Medical Center will be on the left; we are located in Suite 370.
