Dr. Talley-Rostov completed her pre-clinical medical school education at Harvard Medical School. Before completing her clinical studies and receiving her medical degree in 1988 from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, she served as a Howe Laboratory research fellow in ophthalmology at Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at the University of California San Francisco, and finished her residency in ophthalmology at Barnes Hospital, Washington University in 1992. She then served as a Heed Fellow in cornea, refractive and anterior segment surgery with Richard Lindstrom, MD at the Phillips Eye Institute in Minneapolis, MN.

Audrey R. Talley-Rostov, MD joined Northwest Eye Surgeons in 1995 as a specialist in cornea, external disease and anterior segment surgery. She also has extensive training and experience in refractive procedures including LASIK, PRK, PTK, Refractive Lens Exchange and Accomodating Lens Implants. Dr. Talley-Rostov also performs cornea transplants, cataract surgery and INTACS for Keratoconus. She received an award for excellence in INTACS surgery and has advanced certification as an instructor.

Dr. Talley-Rostov is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is the author of many publications in the field of Excimer Laser Surgery. She is frequently a speaker on refractive surgery procedures including LASIK, PRK, PTK and advanced phacoemulsification techniques, and in 1992-93, she participated in FDA clinical trials for excimer laser refractive surgery. She has won many honors and was a co-recipient of the Troutman Medal, the International Society of Refractive Surgery award for the best original research publication. In 2002, Dr. Talley-Rostov received an achievement award from the Academy of Ophthalmology for her contributions to the field.

Dr. Talley-Rostov enjoys snowboarding, swimming, cycling, triathlons and spending time with her family.

Dr. Talley-Rostov practices at the Seattle, Renton and Smokey Point Clinics.
